The Hebrides are groups of islands on the West coast of Scotland.

There are two main groups: the Inner and Outer Hebrides. The economy on the islands is based around fishing, crofting, tourism, renewable energy and oil.

This blog aims to introduce the archipelago to those who are yet to discover its beauty, and to provide a source of comfort for those homesick islanders.
